ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Order Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Late Requests: Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

  • Refund Method: All approved returns are issued as Tatalinchate store credit, excluding original shipping fees.

  • Finality: No cash or credit refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Non-Refundables: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Processing Time: Returns are reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days of being received.

  • Regional Restrictions: We currently do not accept returns from the EU.

  • Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges; please return your order for store credit and place a new order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
