This website is operated by Tatalinchate. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tatalinchate. Tatalinchate offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.



 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.




 

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.



 

SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 2(a) – PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

  • Suspension: Discount codes may be temporarily suspended during new collection launches (e.g., the Truffle drop) or major sale events.

  • No Retroactive Discounts: Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Orders placed prior to a sale are not eligible for price adjustments.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products, such as limited edition Tatalinchate drops, may be available exclusively online.

  • Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our garments. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.

  • Returns: All products are subject to return only according to our Return Policy.

SECTION 4 - REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

Tatalinchate operates a strict Store Credit Only return policy.

  • Approved Returns: All approved returns are issued via Tatalinchate store credit (e-gift cards).

  • Exclusions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale, collaboration pieces, or limited-run items are not eligible for store credit or return.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail address provided at the time the order was made: tatalinchateclothing@gmail.com.

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (c) to upload viruses or malicious code.

SECTION 7 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Tatalinchate, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

SECTION 9 - SMS/MMS MOBILE MARKETING PROGRAM

By participating, you agree to receive autodialed marketing messages. You may opt-out at any time by texting STOP. Any dispute arising out of the mobile program will be determined by binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia.
